Notes to Exhibitors:
1.Exhibitors are not permitted to transfer or sublet Booth Confirmation to any third parties. Violation of the above may result in decline entry and participation at The Expo as well as forfeiture of the fees paid.
2.All outstanding balance must be settled before 10th June, 2017. Otherwise, it shall be deemed relinquishment of the right to participate at The Expo, and no return of deposits paid.
3.Exhibitors may prepare tourism products such as itineraries, entrance tickets for scenic spots or attractions for on-site promotion or bargain sales.
4.Any intended on-site sales and marketing are required to obtain an application form from the Organiser to pre-register the product information. For on-site sales of foodstuffs, pre-approval from the Organiser is required.
5.All information about the exhibits submitted by exhibitors are required to be valid, accurate and legal. Any exhibitors whom have displayed at the Expo any exhibits not declared to the Organiser, shall be disqualified from the Expo, and booth payment forfeited.
6.Exhibition fee does not include the fee related to power supply for Special Booth, power supply not at fixed points, transportation and logistics, customs and clearance. For details of the fee structure, please refer to Exhibitors’ Manual.
