Buyers' Plans
You are eligible to be a 'Buyer' at 'The 5th Macao International Travel (Industry) Expo' if you meet the following criteria:
（1）person-in-charge of national/overseas tourism boards or tourism associations
（2）a decision maker in a travel agency (tour operators）or in an inbound/outbound tour services within a tour company, or a decision maker with procurement needs/in procurement sector
（3）person-in-charge of an enterprise with incentive travel plans or MICE planner
（4）destination management company
（5）tourism e-commerce merchant/tailor made tourism service provider and product design manager
（6）person-in-charge of an institution or enterprise which has business collaboration or procurement needs in tourism industry such as tourism merchandise, tourism finance, tourism real estates.
Hospitality for Buyers
（1）1 standard room for 3 nights’ stay from 6th to 8th July,2017
（2）Capped subsidies for transportation such as roundtrip economy class airtickets/ferry tickets/rail tickets to Macao. (original tickets and invoices are required for relevant transportation fees)
（3）Complimentary lunch coupons for 3 days of The Expo
（4）one entry for the welcome dinner
（5）eligible to take part in official /related activity of The Expo
（6）eligible to enter and use the on-site business matching zone
（7）complimentary in-depth tour of Macao or neighbourhood inspection tour（limited to international buyers only. Registration is required).
Fees and obligations of Buyers
1. Fees：
Every eligible buyers are required to submit RMB1,000 or HKD1,200 or USD150 as deposit which will be returned within two months after The Expo and upon completion of the buyers’ obligations.
2. Duties of Buyer
（1）to take part in on-site business matching with at least 25 exhibitors of The Expo everyday
（2）to take part in the business matching sessions organised by The Expo
（3）to attend at least two sessions of promotional seminar
（4）daily itinerary will be monitored by The Expo and Exhibitors
（5）to complete and return the ‘Post-Event Questionnaire for MITE’ which will be emailed to the buyers’ email account after the completion of The Expo.
Applications and Process
（1）through the official website of The Expo at www.cmitc.com or via official WECHAT at username: macao_cmitc.
（2）Within 7 working days upon receipt of the application, The Expo will issue confirmation emails to successful buyers. Unsuccessful applicants will not be notified.
（3）Within 7 days upon receipt of the confirmation email issued by The Expo, Eligible buyers are required to remit the deposit directly to the designated account of the The Expo. The remittance slip is required to be sent to The Expo as audit trail.
（4）Upon receipt of good fund, The Expo will endeavour to finalise the hotel guest information and other related matters.

Points to note：
1. First-come-first-served, with limited space.
2. Only upon receipt of the official confirmation email from The Expo after the official approval process that a Buyer’s eligibility could be considered as confirmed.
3.The deposit will not be returned if the buyer could not attend or could not perform all duties required as a buyer.
4.The level of completion of duties by the buyer will be used as a yardstick to return the deposit and transportation subsidies. Such refund will be made directly to the designated account of the buyer within two months.
5.The Expo reserves the right for approval of the eligibility of buyers. Eligibility of buyers are secured only upon receipt of the official confirmation email from The Expo after the approval process. The Expo reserves its final say on the explanations of the relevant terms and conditions as well as that of the final approval for the eligibility of buyers.
